Metal Building in Pensacola, Florida
Metal Building Outlet supplied the framing for a metal building in Pensacola, Florida, in October of 2022.
The client plans to fill the framing with heavy-duty 26-gauge panels he already has and then use it as a mechanic’s shop. The building has a wide clear span that leaves plenty of room for vehicles, and it also has high ceilings that can accommodate lifted cars.
In addition to delivering the framing for the metal auto body shop, Metal Building also supplied the materials needed to construct two overhead steel doors wide enough to move cars in and out. Engineered for the climate characteristics of Pensacola, which sees its fair share of tropical storm and hurricane activity, the steel body shop frame also has a high, 155 mph wind rating.
