Metal Building Outlet was the provider of this premanufactured metal building in Pickton, Texas, in early November of 2017.

Attractive, functional and engineered to last, the building boasts an eye-catching Desert Sand-colored exterior, and it now serves as a workshop. Upon erection, it stands 40’x60’x16’ in size, while a robust Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch provides protection against the elements.

Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the building boasts (3) framed openings throughout, and these include (2) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ metal doors and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. Supplementary accommodations include a 115-mph wind speed rating and five-pound snow load; enhancements made to boost overall durability given the climate characteristics of the region.
