Above the low maintenance and energy-efficient metal building, which stands 60’x75’x16.6’ in size, is a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1.5:12 roof pitch, and inside are (6) framed openings. Featured is (1) 14’x16’ opening enclosing (1) 14’x16’ Model 2750 heavy-duty insulated door, (1) 12’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x12’ Model 2750 heavy-duty insulated door, (2) 14’x14’ openings harboring (2) 12’x12’ Model 2750 heavy-duty insulated doors, and finally, (2) 3070 openings with (2) 3070 walk doors intended for convenient user building access.
To considerably reduce energy bills for this building, R-19 metal building insulation is installed in its roof and walls. The insulation also helps muffle outside noise while keeping building users comfortable throughout the year. Finally, a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. serve as additional building features and were included in consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns characteristic of the Pinnacle area. An unincorporated area set within north-central North Carolina’s Stokes County, Pinnacle is situated about 49 miles outside Greensboro and about 40 miles from High Point.
