Spacious, durable and highly energy-efficient, the building stands 60’x160’x14’ when erect and now functions as a warehouse. It has high ceilings and a broad clear span that maximize warehouse storage space, and overhead, a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof offers protection from the elements.

A high-performance insulation package is another notable feature, with an R-30 double-banded insulation system installed in the metal warehouse’s roof and R-19 insulation installed in its walls. The warehouse insulation also has heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing on one side serving as a protective cover over the insulation blankets.
