Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Plano, Texas.  It was purchased in December, 2012 as a personal garage.  Located in Collin County about 20 miles from Dallas and 50 miles from Fort Worth this Nucor metal garage is a sturdy and affordable addition to the owner’s personal property.

This is a spacious garage with the finished size being 40’x60’12’.  For easy access, there are two doors one 12’x12’ overhead and a 3’x7’ walkdoor. The building has a galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch.  The building has a wind load of 90MPH and a snow load of 5PSF.
