Additional project customizations include gutters and downspouts with a kickout, which help prevent water damage and condensation, and an insulation package comprised of 6″ roof insulation and 4″ wall insulation, which boosts energy-efficiency and interior comfort. The steel storage building also has a 130-mph wind speed rating and a 25-psf roof snow load in accordance with local building codes.
