Metal Building in Pleak, Texas
Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this pre-engineered metal building in Pleak, Texas in August of 2021.
Boasting an attractive, Charcoal-colored exterior with complementing Ash Gray trim, the durable, heavily insulated metal building now functions as a shop for a lawn and sprinkler company and offers unmatched strength and durability. When erect, the metal shop is 50’x80’x14’ in size and has an open, clear span design.
Overhead, the metal shop sports a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a slight 1:12 pitch, and (6) framed door and window openings are additional features. Also included with this project is an insulation package, with 4” of insulation installed in the building’s roof and walls. The insulation blankets have heavy-duty WMP-VRR+ facing on the interior-facing side, which helps prevent condensation by protecting the blankets against moisture.
In consideration of the climate characteristics and building codes in place in Pleak, a high, 140-mph wind speed rating is an additional steel shop accommodation.
