Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Pleasanton, Texas in early February of 2021.
Spacious, attractive and structurally sound, the building now functions as a workshop and is 40’x60’x14’ in size when raised. Sandstone in color with complementing Sagebrush Tan trim, the metal shop also boasts a Sagebrush Tan-colored roof.
The steel shop has (3) framed openings that allow building users, equipment and supplies inside, The metal shop also features several climate-related accommodations, including Sagebrush Tan gutters and downspouts that match the building’s roof and trim and help prevent condensation and water damage.
Other customizations added with respect for the climate patterns of the area and the building codes in place across Pleasanton include a 20-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
