Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal building in Posey, California, near the end of March in 2017.

Light stone is color and made using top-of-the-line steel components, the structure now functions as a shop. It stands 36’x40’x20’ in size, and its highly durable and long-lasting Galvalume metal roof resists corrosion and has a 3:12 roof pitch. The shop building contains (1) 12’x12’ framed opening, and additional project features include a snow load of 25 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 110 mph, accommodations made in consideration of the climate patterns typical of Posey, an area that experiences a semi-arid climate and light, but occasional, snowfall.

A sparsely populated, census-designated place set within Southern California’s Tulare County, Posey covers less than a half-mile of land. Nearby communities include Exeter, which is about 53 miles away, and Visalia, which is about 64 miles away.
