Durable and low-maintenance, the metal building serves a variety of purposes and is 40’x80’x14’ when constructed. It has high ceilings and an unobstructed interior that maximize available space, and overhead, it has a heavy-duty Galvalume steel gable roof with a 2:12 pitch offering protection from the Colorado elements.
Offering entry inside the metal building is (4) framed door openings, which include (1) 3070 opening with (1) 3070 insulated commercial walk door and (3) 12’x12’ overhead door openings holding (3) 12’x12’ heavy-duty overhead doors. Metal Building Outlet also created an engineered foundation design for this building project.
Engineered to adhere to the building codes in place in Colorado Springs, the steel building also boasts a 28-PSF roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
