Prefabricated Multiuse Metal Building in Fairfield, Montana
A client in Fairfield, Montana, needed a multifunctional prefabricated metal building to use for work, storage and similar applications and tasked Metal Building Outlet with supplying a structure to meet these needs.
Metal Building Outlet sent this custom metal building kit to the northern Montana community in January 2024, with all components arriving partially assembled for quick and easy erection. Once raised, this multipurpose metal building boasts an expansive 14,000 square feet of open interior space the owner can use as desired, with its rugged steel framing and paneling providing reliable protection from the Montana elements.
Several traditional and overhead door openings keep the building easily accessible, with two of them offering enough room for vehicles or large equipment to move in and out. The building also complies with the building code requirements governing construction in the area, making it well-suited for its environment and the climate characteristics of the Fairfield area.
In addition to sending the steel building components to the Fairfield job site, Metal Building Outlet also supplied a Montana engineer-stamped foundation plan for the project to ensure a strong foundation and maximize structural stability for the metal building.
