Now functioning as shops, the (2) insulated, energy-efficient metal buildings offer superior strength and durability and feature high-quality steel construction. The first structure stands 36’x50’x16’ when raised and has an open, clear-span design, while the second steel shop is 14’x50’x16’/13.8” and also has a broad clear span.
Overhead, both metal buildings boast hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roofs with 2:12 pitches, and distributed between them are (4) framed door and window openings in a variety of sizes. Included are (1) 3070 opening housing (1) 3070 20-gauge insulated commercial walk door with a lever lock, (2) 3030 framed window openings, and (1) 12’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x14’ Amarr Series 2432 overhead sectional door with a row of windows and a manual lift.
Both steel shops also feature insulation packages that lower energy bills and enhance interior comfort. In their roofs and walls are 4” layers of R-13 insulation with taped tabs. Both shops also have 53-PSF snow loads and 120-mph wind speed ratings in line with local building codes.
