A resident of Agate, Colorado, purchased this cold-formed, pre-engineered steel shop building at a discount during Denver, Colorado’s National Western Stock Show, and Metal Building Outlet delivered the building components to the small community in late January 2025.

Custom-made to meet the buyer’s needs, the metal shop boasts 2,400 square feet of column-free floorspace ideal for storage, work and many other uses. Equal parts attractive and functional, the steel shop has Light Stone exterior paint and a complementing Forest Green roof and trim. It also has wainscoting surrounding the outside, further adding to its aesthetic appeal. Several windows distributed throughout the shop allow natural sunlight to stream inside, enhancing the interior ambiance, and Metal Building Outlet also sent engineer-stamped foundation plans along with the metal building kit to help ensure a strong, stable foundation.
