3 Prefabricated Steel Church Buildings in Liberty, Texas
Metal Building Outlet sent these three pre-engineered steel building kits to Liberty, Texas, in August of 2023, and they’re now part of a local church campus.
These structures accommodate the congregation’s ongoing growth, and they also enhance the worship experience by expanding space and creating versatile environments for group activities and special events. The largest of the three buildings serves as the main church sanctuary, where congregants gather to worship. The Light Stone structure with Cool White trim boasts a 5’x100’ Cool White below-eave canopy that provides shade, and 4” of matching wainscoting with transition trim boosts the steel church’s exterior appeal.
Loaded for drywall, the church building features a combination of cable and rod bracing, maximizing structural integrity while allowing for future modifications. The inclusion of Cool White gutters and downspouts enhances drainage efficiency, while five steel walk doors with frames and panic hardware welcome congregants inside.
Complementing the main sanctuary are two partially open-air buildings integrated into the church’s campus. These structures, which lack girts and sheeting along three out of four walls, invite natural light and gentle breezes inside, creating a comfortable, airy interior atmosphere. Despite their openness, these buildings offer protection from the elements, thanks to their roofs featuring full-length Cool White liner panels. The liner panel addition enhances durability and weather resistance, and it also boosts the metal church buildings’ aesthetic appeal.
