Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building in Raymond, Illinois, in March of 2022.

Now in use as a warehouse, the spacious, ultra-durable metal building is 80’x119’x18’ in size and has a broad clear span and high ceilings that maximize warehouse space. Comprised of rugged, sustainable steel parts, the building has a hardy Galvalume gable roof with a 1:12 pitch offering protection overhead, and there are also gutters and downspouts along the roofline that help protect the warehouse against condensation.

There are (3) framed door openings distributed throughout the industrial building. Included are (1) 3070 opening housing (1) 3070 insulated commercial walk-in door with a lever lock, (1) 16’x14’ opening holding (1) 16’x14’ Model 2400 sectional garage door with an electric opener and (1) 20’x14’ framed door opening enclosing (1) 20’x14’ Model 2400 sectional garage door with an electric opener.

The left end wall of the metal warehouse also opens up into another, existing building on the same property, and a 115-mph wind rating and a 14-psf snow load keep the steel building in compliance with relevant building codes.
