Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Red Bluff, California in mid-February of 2021.

Used to house cattle and supplies, the metal storage building offers unparalleled strength and durability thanks to top-quality steel construction. When erect, the metal storage building is 40’x60’x12’ in size and has a wide clear span that maximizes storage space. Comprised of rugged, damage-resistant steel parts, the farm storage building offers optimal protection for animals and supplies housed inside.

The steel storage building’s gable roof has a 4.85:12 pitch, and (2) framed openings serve as additional storage building customizations. The steel building contains (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening and (1) 10×10 framed door opening for moving animals in and out. The building is also open along one of its sidewalls, and a 6” overhang all around it provides additional covered outdoor space.

Additional customizations made with respect for local building codes and the climate characteristics of the region include a 5-psf roof snow load and a 125-mph wind speed rating.

Located in Northern California, the city of Red Bluff is part of Tehama County. It lies 31 miles south of Redding and about 131 miles north of Sacramento.
