Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated steel building in Redlands, California, in July of 2017.

Insulated and engineered to withstand the test of time, the metal building stands 40’x60’x16’ in size and is used for multiple purposes. A resilient, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior of the structure, and the building itself is comprised of premium-grade steel components.

Distributed throughout the energy efficient structure are (4) framed openings, and these include (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors and (2) 12’x14’ openings, each enclosing one of (2) 12’x14’ doors. An insulation package serves as an additional project feature, with the building’s roof containing R-13 insulation, and its walls, R-10 insulation. A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional attribute added with respect for the weather and climate patterns common in and around Redlands.

A part of the greater Los Angeles area, the city of Redlands falls within Southern California’s San Bernardino County. It sits about 10 miles east of Downtown San Bernardino and about 62 miles outside Pasadena.
