Metal Building in Reno, Nevada

Metal Building Outlet was the provider of this preconstructed metal building in Reno, Nevada, in early February of 2018.

Offering durability, longevity and easy adaptability, the building is comprised of top-quality steel components, and it now functions as a workshop. It features a striking, Saddle Tan exterior and a matching Saddle Tan metal roof with a 1:12 pitch, and following a relatively simple erection process, it stands 28’x60’x11.5’ in size.

The steel shop boasts (6) framed openings varying in size and purpose, among them (2) 12’x10’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x10 doors, (1) 12’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x12’ door, (1) 3070 opening equipped with (1) 3070 walk door, and (2) 3’x10’8” skylights that allow natural sunlight to stream inside.

In consideration of Reno’s often unpredictable high desert climate, the workshop also features a 40-pound snow load and a 130-mph wind speed rating. Nicknamed “The Biggest Little City in the World,” Reno falls within northwestern Nevada’s Washoe County. It lies about four miles outside Sparks and about 31 miles outside Truckee, California.
