Comprised of heavy-duty steel components, the durable, low-maintenance metal building stands 40’x60’x16’ in size upon erection. It has an open, clear-span design that eliminates the need for interior columns or supports and high ceilings that enhance versatility. It features an attractive, Mocha Tan-colored exterior with Polar White Trim and a complementing Red steel roof that provides protection from above.
It also has (2) framed openings that offer access inside. The steel building is engineered to comply with local building and engineering code requirements, and has a wind load of 115 mph and a snow load of 28 psf.
