Steel Building in Richfield, North Carolina

This steel building was supplied by Metal Building Outlet in Richfield, North Carolina for use as an auto mechanic shop and storage for cars and trucks. The Nucor-brand metal building measured 50’x60’x16’ and had a roof pitch of 2:12. The shop had two 12’x14’ framed openings for two overhead sectional doors and one 3’x7’ framed opening for a walk door.

The sagebrush-colored metal building is located in Stanley County, about 39 miles outside of Charlotte and 20 miles away from Concord. The steel building came with R-19 roof and wall insulation in order to reduce cooling costs in the typically hot climate of Richfield.
