Durable, low-maintenance and customized to meet the owner’s needs, the building offers premium-quality steel construction and functions as a shop. Once raised, the shop is 54’x50’x11’ and has a wide, clear span design that eliminates the need for interior supports, maximizing floor space.
The shop’s painted roof has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume steel paneling, and (10) framed door and window openings are additional features. Found throughout the steel workshop are (1) 8’x8’ opening, (6) 2’x4’ window openings, (1) 12’x12’ framed opening and (2) 3070 walk door framed openings.
The prefabricated workshop also has several climate-related enhancements that adhere to local building and engineering code requirements, including a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30-psf snow load.
