Metal Building in Rockwall, Texas

This NCI metal building was supplied by Metal Building Outlet to Rockwall, Texas for use as a shop in 2011.

The sandstone tan steel building with a galvalume roof measures 30’x40’x18’ and has a roof pitch of 1:12. It has a 3’x7’ walkdoor.   This steel building was outfitted with R-19 roof insulation and R-19 wall insulation to combat typical Texas heat.  In addition to reducing cooling costs the insulation allows the building to be more eco-friendly.
