Prefabricated Roof-Only Steel Farm Building in Delta, Colorado

A client in Delta, Colorado, needed a reliable, roof-only steel agricultural building to serve a variety of different needs, and Metal Building Outlet supplied it, sending the pre-engineered metal building kit to Delta in June 2024.

The building’s innovative roof-only design allows for maximum airflow and ventilation, giving the building owner 320 square feet of covered open-air space to use for protecting tractors and agricultural equipment, storing crops or feed, or shielding livestock from the elements. The building’s corrosion-resistant steel roof has Fern Green paint and matching trim, blending well with the surrounding natural landscape, and it also features a White 26-gauge PBR liner panel that increases the durability of the roof system while improving condensation control and aesthetics.

Metal Building Outlet also supplied an engineered foundation plan with this metal building kit, simplifying the process of pouring the foundation while maximizing the metal cover’s structural stability.
