Metal Building in Royse City, Texas
Metal Building Outlet delivered this prefabricated metal building to a customer in Royse City, Texas.
Supplied by MBO in early November of 2020, the insulated, energy-efficient steel building now functions as a workshop. It has a clear span, eliminating the need for interior supports. The building’s painted roof features rugged Galvalume steel paneling.
Installed in the metal shop’s roof is a 3″ layer of VRR-faced insulation. The insulation helps keep energy bills low despite Texas’ high temperatures, and it also helps protect the shop against moisture and mold growth. The steel shop also features (8) framed openings throughout. The shop also complies with local building codes and has a recommended snow load and wind speed rating.
