Metal Building Outlet supplied this premanufactured steel building in San Martin, California, in early August of 2017.

Insulated and easy to maintain while offering considerable curb appeal, the building boasts a light stone exterior and now operates as a shop. When fully erect, it stands 30’x75’x14’ in size, and a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch protects the interior of the structure from above.

Distributed throughout the shop are (4) framed openings, and these include (2) 12’x12’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x12’ doors and (2) 3070 openings, each equipped with one of (2) 3070 walk doors. The shop also offers an insulation package, with R-13 insulation in its roof and walls keeping energy bills low and building users comfortable, regardless of the outside temperature. Additional features include a 110-mph wind speed rating, an addition made in consideration of the climate and wind patterns common in and around San Martin. A census-designated area set within central California’s Santa Clara County, San Martin neighbors the communities of Morgan Hill and Gilroy.
