Metal Building Outlet was proud to provide this prefabricated steel building in San Tan Valley, Arizona, in early March of 2020.

Spacious, accommodating and aesthetically pleasing, the building stands 40’x75’x12’ once raised. In use as a shop, it features durable, reliable steel construction, and it has a broad clear span that maximizes usable interior floor space. The roof of the steel shop has a mild 1:12 pitch and is comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting, and (2) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings offer access inside.

A high-performance insulation package creates a comfortable work environment, and it also significantly lowers the shop’s lifelong energy expenses. In its roof, the shop contains a layer of R-19 insulation, while a layer of R-15 fiberglass insulation sits within the walls.

A 115-mph wind speed rating serves as another customization made with regard for the climate characteristics and building codes in place in the San Tan Valley. Located in the southeastern Phoenix metro area, San Tan Valley is part of Pinal County. It sits about 50 miles outside Phoenix and just northeast of the Gila River Indian Community.
