Metal Buildings in Sandpoint, Idaho
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pair of pre-engineered metal buildings in Sandpoint, Idaho, in November of 2021.
Comprised of ultra-durable steel parts, the (2) buildings offer unmatched structural integrity and undergo use as shops. The first and larger of the buildings stands an expansive 30’x60’x14’ when raised, while the second, smaller steel building, a metal lean-to, is 12’x60’x14’/9.18’. Both buildings have clear spans and high ceilings, which maximize versatility.
Overhead, each building features a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 4.85:12 pitch, but the first building’s roof has a gable design and the second structure’s roof, a single-slope design. Distributed between the main building and the metal lean-to are (3) framed door openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings and (1) 3070 opening for a personnel door.
Engineered to comply with the building codes in place in Sandpoint, the buildings also have 115-mph wind speed ratings and high, 45-psf snow loads.
