Steel Building in Santa Ana, California

Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building in Santa Ana, California, in late October of 2017.

Durable, long-lasting and bright inside, the building boasts a finished size of 47’x140’x34’. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the building now functions as a shop, while a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch provides protection from overhead. Distributed throughout the metal workshop are (4) framed openings, and these include (1) 36’x24’ opening and (6) skylights that maximize natural sunlight, making for a pleasant work environment.

Additional project characteristics include R-10 insulation installed in the roof and a 110-mph wind speed rating, the latter of which was an inclusion made with the strong, seasonal down-slope winds that are common across much of the region in mind. Set within Southern California’s Orange County, Santa Ana falls within the Greater Los Angeles area. It sits about eight miles outside Anaheim and about seven miles from Garden Grove.
