Now in use as a shop, the low-maintenance, easy-to-erect metal building is comprised of durable, sustainable steel parts and is 50’x60’x13’/16’ when raised. Overhead, a heavy-duty single-slope Galvalume steel roof offers reliable protection from the elements, and (3) framed door openings allow easy access inside.
The steel shop has (1) 12’x10’ overhead door opening, (1) 10’x12’ overhead door opening and (1) 3070 opening for a walk door. Engineered to adhere to current building and engineering codes in place in Santa Fe, the metal shop building also features a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 pounds.
