Steel Building in Santa Rosa, New Mexico

Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered metal building for a client in Santa Rosa, New Mexico, in early February of 2018.

Boasting a bright, heat-reflective Solar White exterior and a rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead, the building features premium-grade steel construction and a finished size of 36’x60’x12’. Durable and designed to last the long haul, the building makes for an ideal work environment and includes (3) framed openings, among them (2) 10’x10 openings and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.

Additional project characteristics include a 10-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating; inclusions made to enhance durability with regard for the climate patterns common throughout Santa Rosa and the surrounding region. A part of New Mexico’s Guadalupe County, the city of Santa Rosa lies along the Pecos River, between the cities of Albuquerque and Tucumcari. It sits about 44 miles northwest of Fort Sumter and about 40 miles northeast of Vaughn.
