Light Stone in color with complementing Fern Green trim, the steel warehouse is 100’x200’x24’ in size and has a wide clear span and high overhead clearance that maximize usable warehouse space.

Overhead, the steel warehouse features a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a gable design. (10) framed door openings in several different sizes are additional customizations. Further enhancements include ridge vents, which improve building ventilation, and gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation and water damage. A 5-psf roof snow load and a high, 126-mph wind speed rating keep the warehouse compliant with local building codes and boost durability with regard for the climate characteristics of the region.
