Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel shop building in Holmesville, Ohio in March, 2014.  The owner of this building has purchased multiple buildings over the last several years for his manufacturing business in Holmes County, about 100 miles from Columbus and about 30 miles from Dover in central Ohio.

Components for this building are all high quality Nucor parts.The exterior of this 75’x50’x14’ building is an attractive light stone. The 1:12 pitched roof is galvalume. For easy access, the building features 4 doors  (1) 10’x12’ overhead door and (3) 3’x7’ walk doors.

To accommodate the climate of central Ohio, this building is rated for wind speeds up to 90 MPH and 25 PSF of a ground snow load. Additionally, an energy saving insulation package was installed for both the roof and the walls.  Both roof and walls are insulated with a single layer of high efficiency R-19 (6”) fiberglass steel building  insulation.
