Metal Shop Building in Killdeer, North Dakota

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Killdeer, North Dakota in March, 2014.  This building is used as a personal shop about 35 miles from Dickinson and about 120 miles Watford City in western North Dakota.  The owner of this building also purchased another building at the same time, also being used as a shop.  The building features steel components from Nucor.

This building has a finished size of 30’x34’x10’ and has a 4:12 pitched galvalume roof. There are (4) 4’x4’ windows to give the interior natural lighting and a 12’x9’ overhead door along with a 3’x7’ walk door allowing access to the interior of the shop.

To meet the needs for Dunn County, this building includes an optional high efficiency R-19 single layer 6” insulation on the roof and walls. This steel building has ratings for wind speeds 90 MPH and the roof can bear a snow load of 30 PSF.
