Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal shop building kit on behalf of a customer in Denver, Colorado, in April of 2019.

Rugged, durable and inherently low maintenance, the steel building is well-suited for life in Colorado’s variable climate, and it features a multifunctional, arch-style design. Comprised of rugged, top-quality steel components, it stands 25’x30’x13’ in size, giving its owner a spacious, all-season space to work or store goods or equipment.

The metal arch building boasts (3) framed openings, which include (1) 10’x10’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x10’ door and (2) 3’x7’ openings, each enclosing one of (2) 3’x7’ steel doors. Supplemental features added to enhance durability given the region’s sometimes-heavy snowfall and the building code requirements currently in place across Denver include a 41-pound snow load and a 162-mph wind speed rating.

Part of central Colorado’s Jefferson County, the city of Denver is home to the Colorado State Capitol. The city sits about 10 miles from Aurora and roughly 70 miles north of Colorado Springs.
