Now undergoing use as a shop, the metal building stands 40’x60’x16’ in size and has high overhead clearance and a broad clear span. Light Stone in color, the shop has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof overhead, and it also comes with (3) framed door openings that provide easy access inside.
The shop has (1) 3’x7’ door opening and (2) 12’x14’ door openings, each of which encloses one of (2) 12’x14’ roll-up White canister doors. The metal shop also has (4) 3’x5’ translucent panels in the roof, which help keep the building’s interior light and bright.
Additional customizations include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 10-psf roof snow load, which keep the building compliant with local building codes.
