Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Los Angeles, California, in July of 2017.

Energy efficient and built to last, the structure stands 40’x70’x26’ in size and is crafted using premium-quality steel materials. Now an operational shop, the robust, easy-to-maintain metal building features a resilient, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead, and distributed throughout are (3) framed openings ranging in size. Included are (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door, (1) 12’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x14’ door and (1) 10’x10’ opening equipped with (1) 10’x10’ door.

Installed in the shop’s roof and walls is R-10 metal building insulation. In addition to lowering energy bills quite a bit, the insulation helps muffle noise while keeping shop users comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures. A wind speed rating of 110 mph serves as an additional building characteristic added with respect for the climate and weather patterns commonly seen throughout the area. The second-most populated city in the nation, Los Angeles, or L.A., lies within Los Angeles County, about 12 miles from Inglewood and about 120 miles from San Diego.
