Constructed using rugged, sustainable steel parts, the building functions as a shop, and a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch sits overhead, offering reliable protection from the Colorado elements.

Spacious and engineered to last, the building counts (12) framed openings ranging in size among its key features, and these include (2) 3’x4”x7’2” openings, (4) 14’x14’ openings and (6) 3’x4’ windows. Other customizations include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 30-pound snow load, which keep the steel workshop in compliance with required building codes while making it particularly well-suited for life in Colorado.

Located in north-central Colorado, Loveland is a part of Larimer County. The community sits about 24 miles south of Fort Collins and roughly 20 miles west of Greeley.
