Metal Workshop Building in Spanish Lake, Missouri
Metal Building Outlet secured this prefabricated metal workshop building for a client in Spanish Lake, Missouri, in December of 2017.
Energy efficient and engineered for longevity, the building boasts a Desert Sand-colored exterior, and it now serves as a workshop. Once completely erect, it stands 60’x70’x15’ in size, and its roof is comprised of durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal panels and offers a 1:12 pitch.
The workshop itself features sustainable, top-quality steel construction, and (2) framed openings serve as additional characteristics. Included are (1) 20’x14’ opening, allowing easy access inside the shop, and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.
Tucked within the workshop’s roof and walls is R-13 building insulation, which, in addition to slashing the property’s energy bills, allows shop users to enjoy comfortable surroundings, regardless of outside temperatures. A 90-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load serve as additional features included with regard for the weather and climate patterns common in and around Spanish Lake.
A census-designated area located within west-central Missouri, Spanish Lake lies within St. Louis County. It sits about 12 miles north of St. Louis and roughly nine miles northeast of Ferguson.
