Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this prefabricated steel building in Spindale, North Carolina, in early January of 2018.

Insulated and energy efficient, the building is comprised of high-end steel components and boasts a Solar White exterior and a fully erect size of 80’x140’19’. Overhead, a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch protects the workshop’s interior, while (13) framed openings serve as additional project attributes. Featured are (2) 3070 openings, (9) 14’x14’ openings and (2) 6’x4’ openings.

The workshop also boasts a high-functioning insulation package that reduces energy bills, with R-13 insulation in the building’s roof and R-10 insulation in its walls. A 90-mph wind speed rating and a 15-pound snow load serve as additional project characteristics added with regard for the climate of the Spindale area. Set within inland North Carolina’s Rutherford County, the town of Spindale sits about four miles northwest of Forest City and about 14 miles from Ellenboro.
