Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building in Spring, Texas in late November of 2014.

Light stone in color, the massive, 100’x150’x25’ metal building is now used as a shop by Premier Services Construction Management, a leader in the construction management industry serving communities in and around the Houston metro area. Constructed using Nucor Building Systems components, the building is covered by a durable galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and boasts a total of (9) framed openings. These include (3) 14’x16’ openings and (6) 3070 walk doors for convenient user access.

Additional building features include gutters and downspouts, 10-inch ridge vents, R-10 insulation in the roof to help minimize energy costs and a wind speed of 110 mph to ensure premium durability regardless of weather patterns.

A census-designated place located within Harris County in southeastern Texas, Spring sits about 76 miles outside Galveston and 25 miles from Houston.
