Metal Building in Spring Creek, Nevada
Metal Building Outlet supplied this preconstructed metal building for a buyer in Spring Creek, Nevada, in mid-May of 2017.
Designed to stand strong in Spring Creek’s variable climate, this metal building is sandstone in color, and it now operates as a shop. Crafted from high-end steel components, it boasts a finished size of 16’x28’x12’, and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 4.85:12 roof pitch protects it from above. It includes (3) framed openings, among them (1) 10’x10’ opening and (2) 3070 openings harboring (2) 3070 personnel doors, and it also offers a wind speed rating of 90 mph and a very high snow load of 70 pounds in consideration of Spring Valley’s mountainous location and the sometimes-considerable precipitation that falls in the area.
To enhance sound control and lower energy bills while helping building users maintain comfort, the building also comes equipped with an insulation package. In its roof, it contains R-19 insulation, while R-13 insulation is in its walls. An unincorporated town that falls within Las Vegas Township and Clark County, in southern Nevada, Spring Valley lies not far outside Las Vegas, Paradise, Enterprise and Summerlin South.
