Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-constructed metal workshop building for a customer in St. Johns, Arizona, in late March of 2019.

Currently, the owner uses the durable, multifunctional metal building as a workshop, and once erect, it stands 60’x100’x16’ in size. Comprised of premium-grade steel components, the shop offers unmatched structural integrity, while a rugged, sturdy Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch sits overhead, protecting the building against corrosion and the elements.

Additional shop features include (2) framed openings; (1) 12’x14’ opening housing (1) 12’x14’ overhead door and (1) 4070 opening enclosing (1) 4070 steel walk door system, and several enhancements made with respect for the climate and local building codes in place across St. Johns. Such accommodations include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 pounds. Part of east-central Arizona’s Apache County, St. Johns is situated within Arizona’s White Mountains. The community lies about 57 miles southeast of Holbrook, Arizona, and about 90 miles southeast of Winslow.
