Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this prefabricated metal building in Stagecoach, Nevada, in July of 2019.

Versatile, sustainable and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, this building stands 40’x60’x14’ in size once erect and currently undergoes use as a shop. It has an attractive, Desert Sand-colored exterior, while its durable, protective roof has a 1:12 pitch and is comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal.

In its roof and walls, the metal shop has layers of R-13 insulation, which help create a more comfortable work environment while simultaneously lowering energy expenses associated with the property. The metal shop also has (3) framed openings in different size, among them (1) 12’x12’ opening, (1) 3070 walk door opening and (1) 32’x10’ opening. A 10-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind load serve as supplemental accommodations made out of respect for local building codes and the Stagecoach area’s typical climate characteristics.

An unincorporated community, Stagecoach is located in Lyon County, in western Nevada. The area sits about 9 miles west of Silver Springs and about 27 miles east of Nevada’s capital, Carson City.
