Steel Art Gallery in Centennial, Colorado

Delivered by Metal Building Outlet to Centennial, Colorado, in September of 2023, this prefabricated steel building is now an art gallery.

Attractive and contemporary, the  custom metal building has a wide clear span that creates a versatile, open floorplan. There are 18” eave extensions along all four walls that help protect the art gallery’s exterior, and (4) 4’x2’ windows allow plenty of natural light into the space, which is ideal for exhibiting and viewing art.

An insulation system helps ensure the building is comfortable and suitable for use year-round in Colorado, with 6” of R-19 insulation in the roof and another 4” of VRR+-faced insulation lining the metal gallery’s walls. Along with the building components, themselves, Metal Building Outlet also supplied an engineer-stamped foundation plan to help ensure a stable, long-lasting foundation.
