Steel Building in Alexander, North Dakota

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Alexander, North Dakota in late July of 2014. Constructed from CO Building Systems components, the white steel structure now operates as a shop.

Standing 30’x85’x18’, the steel building features a burgundy roof and a 3:12 roof pitch. It also has (2) framed openings a 16’x16’ and a 3070 steel 20-gauge walk doors.  In consideration of Alexander’s semi-arid climate and seasonal snowfall, the low-maintenance, pre-engineered steel building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 30 lbs.

Alexander is a small city of less than 500 inhabitants located within McKenzie County, in Western North Dakota. It lies about 151 miles outside Minot and roughly 27 miles outside Williston.
