Steel Building Warehouse in Clearmont, Wyoming

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Clearmont, Wyoming, in mid-June of 2014.

Constructed with components from Colorado Building Systems, the massive, 125’x275’x16’ steel building now operates as a warehouse. Covered by a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, this building boasts a total of (6) framed openings. These openings include (1) 20’x14’ overhead door, (1) 14’x14’ overhead door and (4) 3070 walk doors, to ensure easy access.

The roof of the building is insulated with R-3 insulation and VRR facing material to help maintain consistent interior temperatures and minimal energy costs, and in consideration of the climate of Clearmont, Wyoming the building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 30 lbs.

The Town of Clearmont is located in Sheridan County, in north-central Wyoming. It lies about 69 miles outside Gillette and 40 miles from Sheridan.
