Featuring an attractive, Ocean Blue exterior and complementing Polar White trim, the insulated, cold-formed metal building is comprised of high-quality steel parts and is 30’x50’x17.4’ when erect. Lighter and easier to build with than traditional steel building components, cold-formed steel buildings are a quicker, more economical alternative to traditional steel construction.
Overhead, the steel shop building features a rugged, corrosion-resistant Charcoal-colored steel roof with a 3:12 pitch, and it also has (4) framed door and window openings providing access inside. Found throughout are (1) 12’x14’ opening housing (1) 12’x14’ Model 3150 insulated thermally broken door, (1) 3’4”x7’2” framed opening that will hold a personnel door and (2) 3’x3’ framed openings for windows.
The cold-formed metal building also features Low-E EZ Seal roof and wall insulation, which keeps the building’s energy costs low while creating a more comfortable interior environment for building users. Sculptured gutters and downspouts along the roof line are additional customizations made to combat condensation and prevent water damage.
Engineered to adhere to all building codes in place in Elizabeth, the cold-formed metal building also boasts a 31-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
