Steel Building in Ephrata, Washington
Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building for a customer in Ephrata, Washington, in February of 2022.
Boasting superior strength and durability and standing 60’x120’x20’ when raised, the building undergoes use as a shop and has an attached 15’x39’x17.5’ metal lean-to affixed to its front side wall. The shop’s high ceilings and clear span maximize usable floor space, while a galvalume gable roof offers protection overhead.
Providing entry into the steel shop building are (10) framed openings in several different sizes. Included are (4) 3’x4”x7’2” walk door openings enclosing (4) 3070 HD insulated steel walk doors with cylindrical lever locks, (5) 14’x14’ overhead door openings for sectional doors and (1) 12’x12’ framed opening for a sectional door.
A 110-mph wind load and a 21-psf roof snow load are additional customizations made in line with local building and engineering code requirements.
