Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building in Guernsey, Wyoming in November of 2014.

Now used as a shop, the durable and low-maintenance metal building is fox gray in color and covered by a striking polar white roof with a 4:12 roof pitch. Constructed using Nucor Building Systems components, the building boasts a finished size of 40’x40’x16’, and contains (5) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (3) 3070 walk doors.

Additional features of the Wyoming steel building include R-19 insulation in the roof to help lower energy expenditures while maintaining consistent interior temperatures, and a high wind speed of 130 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. to ensure supreme strength regardless of climate conditions.

A town in Platte County in eastern Wyoming, Guernsey sits about 62 miles outside Douglas and 26 miles from Wheatland.
