Constructed using robust, heavy-gauge steel parts, the steel shop stands 40’x60’x16.5’ once raised and features a wide clear span and high overhead clearance, which makes it well-suited for automotive, industrial, storage or similar use.

A roof comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume steel sheeting sits above the metal workshop, offering a 1:12 pitch, and (3) framed openings serve as additional customizations, among them (1) 3070 walk door opening and (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings. The prefabricated steel shop also has a layer of R-10 insulation in its roof and walls, which creates a more comfortable work environment while simultaneously lowering energy expenses associated with the property.
